1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyCorner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is operated by KalliDao ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

MyCorner is a neighbourhood discovery and comparison app available on iOS and Android. It provides neighbourhood ratings, interactive maps, commute calculations, personalised recommendations, and curated local content for cities including London and New York.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at hello@kallidao.com.

4. User Content

You may add personal notes, ratings, and itineraries within the App. You retain ownership of content you create. By using sharing features, you grant us a limited licence to transmit your shared content to your intended recipients.

5. Subscriptions

MyCorner offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase.

6. Data & Accuracy

Neighbourhood ratings, commute times, and place information are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely solely on the App for decisions about where to live.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the App's infrastructure or security
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, content, and underlying technology are owned by KalliDao and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KalliDao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.
